How Care at Estela Works
Whether you've seen a psychiatrist before or this is your first time, our intake process is designed to be unhurried and collaborative.
Request an appointment through our website. Our team verifies your insurance and reaches out within two business days to schedule.
Your first visit is 60 minutes and focuses on understanding your full history, medical, hormonal, and personal, before any treatment decisions.
Follow-ups are typically 30 minutes and may include medication management, brief psychotherapy, or both.
Care happens in person or via telehealth anywhere in Texas, with the same insurance coverage either way.
